People’s Bank refused service to Lizzie Duff based on a policy that is biased against trans people. As the Seattle Office of Civil Rights investigates this outrageous behavior, Seattle Solidarity Network and Lizzie are demanding that People’s Bank change this policy and accept bank wide transgender sensitivity training from the Gender Justice League. So far, the bank is refusing! People’s Bank must accept transgender folks as customers and coworkers deserving respect and dignity.
